  1. Backup your configuration. In the web console go to Console -> System Settings. Scroll down and click on the blue "Backup Configuration Data" button. This will save a XML file to your system. Keep track of this file as you will edit it later on.
  2. Copy the existing smartImager folder to the root of your other drive. We will use this as a reference.
  3. Uninstall smartImager. Add/Remove programs -> select smartImager and uninstall
  4. Install smartImager using the MSI from before. You can download it again from our site if you don't have it anymore. During install, make sure to:
    1. use the same service account credentials as before
    2. change the install path
    3. Note: You may get a sql error if you run the installer as a different account. You can ignore is error.
  5. Copy the data from the root of the other drive into the corresponding folders:
    1. ClientLogs
    2. Deployment
    3. Repositories
  6. Edit the XML file from step 1 using notepad or another tool
    1. Do a "find and replace" for the old drive letter to the new drive letter. Most of the edits will be for the Image Files and Software. Drivers use a relative path so should be fine.
  7. Import your edited configuration. In the web console go to Console -> System Settings. Scroll down and click on the red "Overwrite Configuration Data". It will prompt you to browse to the file you edited. Select it and click OK.
    1. If you get errors after the import, please check the XML file from step 1 again for any missed drive letter references.
