On your smartImager server, open a command prompt as administrator and run "iisreset"
If that doesn't work, check the status of your license key:
On your smartImager server, navigate to {InstallDrive}Program FilesSirckssmartImagerTools directory and launch SI-Licenser.exe as an administrator.
This will display the status of your license key.
